Yes. Every fitting is sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor and ships with its warranty card and a GST invoice. The lumens, colour temperature, CRI and IP rating on the listing are the measured figures, not the marketing ones.
Standard delivery takes between 2 to 4 business days. For express orders placed before 2:00 PM, we offer next-day delivery across major metros. All orders include end-to-end real-time tracking.
We offer a 10-day replacement policy on any product that is unused and in its original packaging. Raise a ticket or call support and we will arrange collection.
Use the fixture finder to narrow by space, application and mounting, then check the wattage, lumen output and IP rating against what the space needs. Our specification desk will confirm on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
We operate a paperless E-Warranty model. You can register your product serial and receipt online via the 'E-Warranty Registration' tab for lifetime tracking.
